Ours include Urban Rio, in Downtown Plano, Blue Mesa and Mi Dia in West Plano, at the corner of Parker and the Tollway. The guacamole they make fresh at your table, along with their steaming fajitas are delicious! We love the stuffed poblano peppers too, the chile relleno.
