Sebclair is sold under the prescription name Promiseb in the US. It is available from Europe without a prescription. It has a gentle anti-fungal, plus lactic acid instead of salicylic acid. So it deals with the scaliness while also moisturizing instead of stripping the skin.

In most cases, patients notice a reduction in symptoms like redness, itching, and scaling within two weeks of using Promiseb. Using Promiseb regularly may prevent the relapse of your condition.
